By leasing a piece of art you are free to update and refresh the look of your home or business as often as you like. A lease for a commercial premise will reduce up-front cash and is a tax deductible expense.

The Process:

STEP 1

  • Contact Chavah to arrange a consultation.
  • If you are in the Southland or Otago I will meet with you at your home or workplace to ascertain what type of art will suit your requirements.
  • If you are a distance client consultations can be done via email and phone.

STEP 2

  • I will present a range of suitable artworks to select from.
  • I will personally install the chosen artwork for you or send you your packaged artwork, installation instructions and hanging materials.

STEP 3

  • At the close of the initial 3 month lease period you can choose to purchase, continue leasing the artwork, or to change it for a different piece of art from the collection.

I am constantly creating new contemporary art, making new works available to lease or purchase on a regular basis.

COSTS:

To lease:

For a 3-month period the average cost is $150 (+ GST) per artwork.

Purchase prices of lease paintings will range between $500-$3000, depending on the size of the work.  Lease prices are also based on the cost of the painting and the number of works leased.
